2008 rxt-x speedo problem

I searched but couldn't find any help. I've had my seadoo for about a month. Put about 10 hours on it since I've owned it (110 on the ski). I noticed while I was riding today that my speedometer just isn't working. It will work until 30mph then it will go to 0 when I WOT. My paddlewheel is in tact. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any "t" codes popping up on the dash?

How about any condensation behind the screen?

But I know this code is for 12v low but I've kept the battery on a tender and it is new this year.

Low voltage can cause these skis to do weird things.

Okay that might be it but my battery is just a few months old I don't see the voltage being that low considering I keep it on a tender. Maybe I should clean my cables.

That would be my suggestion also. Make sure you have good clean connections on your battery, starter, grounds etc.

Keeping a battery on tender could actually have a reverse effect and kill the battery... Typical if I don't use my ski longer then 2 weeks ill throw it on tender a day before I plan on taking it out... I would check connections first then get the battery load tested
