First post and First time owner of a pwc. I noticed hoses on flushing ports are broke, plus I can’t find anything resembling this in the shop manual, is it aftermarket? Hope someone can help. Hope the pics work

I believe that is not your flushing hose,,,that is a solid fitting going into the transom plate,,,that hose provides water for your OPAS steering system,,,it raises the steering "flaps" once you get going to reduce DRAG,,,
The question is ,,,why did it shear??...NEVER have seen that,,.perhaps,,,someone has worked on the pump...and was careless,,,anyway,,,get a new prebent/formed hose,,,
You can actually ride as it is...but opas flaps/rudders,,,will slow your top speed down.

Thanks for the feedback. We seem to be getting pretty good speed, around 70 on speedometer. We just bought the unit and I noticed the broken hoses, which were attached to some garden hose connections, which I assumed were the flushing ports but shop manual doesn't show them and I can't find them anywhere on internet or anything. I thought it was some aftermarket kit but not sure.

If it is part of that OPAS where is the flushing port then? The manual shows it should be on the left side of the jet but doesn't look like any ports there. There is a threaded connector on right side of jet but nothing was hooked up to it. Very puzzling. I can send some more pics if it helps decipher this.

There is no flush port on outside at all. There is a port with threads on the right side, see pics.

I figured it out I think. The extra ports were for a WAKE ballast system that was probably installed by previous owner.

Creative… never seen or heard of that before on a ski - I know boats sometimes have that option. There would have had to be some kind of ballast bags or containers somewhere on the ski. It would have been cool to see that in action and how much different the wake was with it full and empty.

I have an 07 GTI SE 155 and a new 21 GTI SE 170 - the new ski seems to have a flatter, or shorter (less tall) wake than my 07. The kids may want to kneeboard behind the 07 to jump the wake.
