2007 rxp oil filter housing question

hey i have a 2007 rxp does any one know how to get the oil filter housing off i have the torque screw out but i cant get the lid off thanks

There is a special tool to do that, but if you take 2 slotted screw drivers and carefully pry up on the cover from opposite sides it will pop off. There is a slight gap under the cover where you insert the screw drivers.
