2006 RXP Vent Tubes HELP

I have 2 2006 Sea Doo RXP's. The vent tubes on the front cover ob both of them have been ruined buy the sun. Does anybody have any ideas of something else I can put there. The replacements are 14 dollars a piece. Thank for any help

One alternative is you can put stainless braided vent hose. Looks pretty cool and they are stainless so they'd last.

Go to your local vacumm store and buy 2" black or gray hose I payed $4

They sure look that way ...

Ive looked real close at them and I believe they are for looks only. Yes some air goes in the front and exits in the hood area. But ya looks only.
