2005 Seadoo GTX Wake edition need help!

Hello everyone,

Im new to the Forum and just bought my first ski. I had a few questions that maybe someone can answer.

1) I need a new lcd gauge. Bought the ski and it wasnt working. I checked the fuses and the 1 amp was blown . When i replaced the popped fuses the guages gave off a small smoke blanket so Im guessing they are shorted out. Any one know where i can repair it ?

2) anyone know where i can get instrusctions on how to take apart the hood piece to replace the gauges and run some wires :banghead:

The gauges are mounted in a rubber band and pop straight out the front using a small screw driver.

great!, so i just pry it out? I just didnt want to pry any plastics.... or does the black surround have small screws behind it?

Yea, just pry it out. There are no screws. The newer models are not that way so I'm trusting you when you say it's a 2005.
