So I have figured out what my new ski is a 2005 4-Tec GTI.
Does anyone have some time to help me out with what to check first.
1. Iv cleaned up the grounds and battery connectors.
2. It wouldn't start so I pulled the starter. Cleaned and bench tested. Good to go.
3. Pulled the plugs they smell like oil and gas not to burnt gap is set and I was able to rotate the shaft and spin the engine a few times around no Metal on metal.
4. Fuse box / mpem looks shady with corrosion and fuse slot hard wired.
I'm not sure if I can order a new one and if I do will my lanyard work.
5. Can I bypass my lanyard
6. There's nothing behind my VTS Set and Mode buttons I only have a actual start stop button. Does that sound normal??
I have so many questions about this SeaDoo I know. Please any and all info is wanted.

Does it crank or not?

Under a load, what is the battery voltage? Then at hit side of solenoid? Then at output side if solenoid? Then at cable attached to starter?

If you jump the solenoid what happens?
