2004 Seadoo boogs down from time to time

My 2004 Seadoo sometimes runs great and then when in full throtle it boogs down. If you go back to haly or quarter throtle it will sometimes kick in and run great but still does not feel like full speed. Went out twice and everything was great and running like a top. I seemed to have this trouble late last year too.

I'd say to check you wear ring if you haven't checked it in a while
