2004 GTX 185 LTD Supercharger rebuild

Hello Folks!

Need some help choosing the right kit for my supercharger rebuilt. I'm fully aware of the ceramic washers VS the Metal ones and I've read that the Washers inside diameters are different post 2008 models which make the kits not interchangeable (If I wanted to get the new model kits to avoid the faulty old design)

If I decided to order straight from Seadoo parts store, would the kit have the upgraded parts? 3ftDeep only carries the 215HPs Supercharger kits, Rivakits are not recommended (Coated washers), and ebay is full of different aftermarket kits.

I just need to pick the right ones and I would hate spending that much money and ending up being the wrong ones.

That was the first place I looked and no 185 kits available (only 215 and above)
I wanted to get the kit to do it my self but I couldn't find it.

Perfect! But it doesn't indicate it is the upgraded washers. You can see it mentioned in the other kits but it doesn't on those. The 185 supercharger issue is not only the ceramic washers, the bearings as well. Is this the fully upgraded one?

The kits are interchangeable due to the fact that they include all the parts, not just the washers.

I'm confused, I thought you said the supercharger kits are interchangeable between the seadoo different models!

The seadoo 185, 215, 255, 260 do have different super chargers

Sorry, I should have specified. The 185 uses part number 420881151 for all years. The 215, 255, 260 uses part number 420881102 for all years.

But the norm for seadoo is to change the part number of the parts changed/upgraded/replaced. If it has the same model #'s for all years, then, neither the washers were upgraded nor the bearings to the matter

These numbers are the latest ones with all the upgraded parts. Kits without the upgraded parts are not available from BRP.
