I just changed the wear ring and checked out the anti rattle cone. The plastic push piece was a little messed up with the metal bending it. All of the kits the I have found have a different style but say that they fit the same year. I am also confused on how useful this piece is because I can't even move the part that it is suppose to be putting pressure on with my hand so how will a little spring help keep it compressed if my hand can't even shift it. The pictures I added are the piece that is damaged and what the manual says it should be. Here is how all the kits look that I have found Sea Doo Anti Rattle Jet Pump Nose Cone Kit GTI Le RFI All 2001-2005. The original spring style also didn't feel like it pushed up to where it should. The ones for sale make more sense because the spring is pushing in the direction the pressure should be. Will the new styles be okay? Any help would be much appreciated!
