2003 XP drive-ability issue

Direct injected. This unit sunk almost fully. Ran fine after removing water from cylinders. Serviced and winterized it. The following season, it runs fine for about 15-20 minutes then starts dying and sometimes will not restart. I'm sure it's an electronic issue from being flooded, but the pro's want to just start throwing parts at it. Anyone have this same experience or advice? This is a highly customized (exterior, not mechanically) unit. Lot's of $ invested in it. I do not want to discard it. ***I forgot to mention, it will crank just fine, but will start and die and sometimes crank and not start after it's warmed up
Thanks in advance!

Miki, is there a SeaDoo fuel pressure test kit available or one that will work on SeaDoos? I saw a kit at Harbor Freight that almost looked like it will work. I purchased a fuel line for a RFI and was going to modify that. Then I see a fuel line from a later model that has the pressure port in the line. Help a brother out. LOL

I know people make the test fittings but honestly I have never worked on the injected skis.

Get a set of old DI fuel lines and “T” in a good gauge that reads higher than 100 psi. Use this to put inline when need to test. It’s then removable when you are done troubleshooting. Personally I don’t like fittings on my DI skis where the pressure is this high.

Thanks Miki.. I'm gonna check these DIs to see if they have a line with a port already. I was wondering if there was a pressure test kit that worked.

Hmmmm... makes sense. The 2004 RFI has a test port but that is a pretty new model compared to what we like working on. LOL Thanks again man, you are such a great help and others as well. Don't know why I love it but AH DO !!!! :D :D
