2003 Seadoo XP DI COMPRESSION???

Ok 2003 seadoo xp di 951 engine...120 psi mag..118 psi pto...This thing wont even start.Could these compression numbers not allow this thing to start?This particular ski has had numerous problems.Last time running it got slower and slower and then it just quit.Never started again.This was about two weeks ago...:banghead:

It could start with those numbers... but it's not going to run well. BUT... since the Di's fuel is directly injected into the combustion chamber... the low compression will throw the mix WAY off... and it can be so rich that it won't fire.
