2003 oil leak in hull

I have a 2003 4tec supercharged jet ski that is leaking oil into the hull, I have already had the PTO and all seals that can be changed without removing the engine replaced, any suggestions?

The bearing (in the bellow) that goes on the PTO housing might be leaking the oil. The bearing "clicks" into 2 different positions. You'll notice this if you try to squeeze it together. The one position causes the bellow boot to not seal as it's "open".
