2002 GTX DI and 2003 GTX Supercharged

I have an opportunity to buy these two units on a trailer. Both have 110 hours. Are these good machines? Anything I should be on the last lookout for? $8500 Canadian with double trailer. Look forward to your comments.

I had 2 02 DI's myself and loved them both. DI's though are very picky machines. The most common 3 issues are bad rectifiers, fuel pump issues and the need for a top notch battery at all times. Gas mileage is great but you WILL need to buy a CANDOO diagnostic machine (around $450) to help diagnose any faults etc. If you are skilled at mechanics the DI can be a great machine but if not, I might suggest you pass on a DI. While I loved my DI's I was fortunate that I had little issues with mine other than the rectifiers both being replaced. Search the forum and you will see plenty of negative opinions on the DI. I would suggest you look at two 4 tec machines instead. Seadoo made a 4 tec in 2002 that was identical to the DI design.
