2002 GTX 951 DI High RPM/Charging Problem

Hi today i try to clean the pump with 50% benzine + 50% tulol but i think the pressure from pump is too low, i make a photo

yes some 50%gasoline + 50% toluene, i make mistake when i write it, do you think the pressure is low ?
 
what would you say about this pump, is it ok for my jetski?

Yes sure mate, where i can find OEM pump for my jetski, i call a local dealer but they told me that the pump is not available because jetski is old ...
 
Well, your dealer has no clue as it is still available if you want to spend the cash.

Miki...surely there much be an automotive pump that can produce 27 psi,,,and low current draw,,,,I don't even know what the average current draw for an automotive pump is?

I am not sure there is actually. Most automotive fuel pumps produce way more than 27 psi because they are not using air injectors to make up the rest of the pressure like a DI. In addition to that there is no reason for them to be low amp as a car has plenty of power to spare.

I think it comes down to poor manufacturing and no testing with the DI replacement pumps and there was the same problem with the KTM dirt bike pumps until a smart guy started looking into it. Check out this video..KTM Chinese Fuel Pumps.
 
Hi again,
i buy second hand fuel pump from RX DI , i test the RX DI before buy the fuel pump and jetski work perf, so now the charging is ok THANK YOU,goes to 6600 RPM and only 43-44 mph, how can be possible that?, may be the impeller get suck in air (cavitation), may be my MPEM is crashed or R.A.V.E. valve are not work well...
