2002 GTX 4-TEC won't turn over

2002 GTX 4-TEC, stored for two years, replaced battery. tried to start, two normal beeps, then clicks in the box where the main fuse is(next to the MPEM). it won't turn over. how can I turn it over by hand?

grab your pto by the driveshaft, if its clicking that is most likely the starter relay, try tapping on the side of the starter and see if it then cranks.
