2002 GTI LE cooling line question

I have a basket case 2002 GTI LE. All finished except I cant find where two small cooling lines go. They are off the short 5 inch line from the head to the muffler. There are two small "Tees" and I dont know where they go. I have an old Seadoo and it only has one line from there and it goes back to the muffler. Can anyone help??

I am pretty sure they are the pisser lines that go out the back of the hull right under the tiedown loop.
