Hey everyone - i just bought my first jetski a few weeks back that had a blown engine which i just rebuilt from the bottom up and its about ready to be put back in.

While going over the service manual for the hose routing,I didnt pay attention when taking it a part, I found a similar schematic online for the 787 RFI engine which didnt have the 2 T's shown below in red. I want to be sure if the below is correct.

I cant find the other photo but the 2 cylinder water lines went directly to the rear water fitting, the quick connect on the heat exchanger went to the front water fitting and the water outlet hose on the front of the cylinder cover went to the exhaust pipe. The top fitting on the head exchanger went to the back exhaust port hose.

Make sure you have the manual and diagram for your specific year and model. Seadoo was really bad about changing the routing year to year for some strange reason.

the above is from the 2001 manual, the other info was from a thread on here i was reading which said it was a 787 rfi which i figured were all the same. With how the system flows water, i can see both ways working but i wanted to be sure.

I checked both documents and the one that didn't split those lines was dated 2000 so I'm guessing they felt running the lines like above on the 2001 had a better cooling effect
