2001 GTI fuel line

here i go!!!

I have been reading about the gray fuel lines. Now, I'm ready to get started right before summer.

but after reading a few threads I'm a little confused. for my GTI do i need 1/4 inch line or 5/16 inch line?

please help.... THANKS

1/4in....are you going to "rebuild" the carb, as well. If not, your not solving the problem....if "hesitant", at the task, i'm in Placentia?

THANKS, 1/4 inch works out, because i have about 60' foot of NAPA fuel lines in my garage.
SEADOOYA--- what would you charge me do both my 2001 GTI's
FYI-i have the fuel line...Lol

While you're at it, you should probably replace the inline oil filter and the small oil lines from the oil pump to the carbs. It's cheap maintenance that'll save your engine in the long run.
