I'm trying to determine what the indicators mean on the dash/ fuel gauge on my 2001 Challenger.
There's a light in the fuel gauge that appears to be red. You cannot see it in the daylight however, i did notice it last evening after dark. My first thought is that its a low oil warning light however, the oil res is full. I've been trying to find an Ops Manual PDF for this boat as i do not have one.
Any help on what the lights indicate is appreciated.

I don t have the guide for your boat but on mine the light on the fuel gauge is for oil. I assume it's the same on yours. I had mine turn on previously when there was still a lot of oil left but filling made it turn off. Don't know if this is your problem.

Thanks, i did notice yesterday when i did a test that the oil light was on for the starboard engine only, i started one then the other and the light only came on for the starboard. There is only 1 oil res and its full to within an inch or 2 of the top +/- .
