2000 YAMAHA GP1200R wont start, cranks and the COOLANT light is on, NO SPARK

I had the thing running all day, I clean it out since there was so much water and mud in the engine area, started it up and with the WATER/COOLANT HOSE hooked up and just cleared everything out of it, i shut it of, did some more rinsing and NOW it wont start. The WARNING RED DOT is ON and the COOLANT LIGHT is ON. If I press and HOLD START for more than 5 sec, it will automatically stop from cranking and it wont let me re-start it right away, so I have to wait about 10-20 seconds in between. Anyone know what it could be. Also, its NOT getting spark, its something electrical obviously just NO sure what it is.
