2000 xp help

Hi I just bought a 2000 xp over the summer and rode it andbunch of times ( I love this thing) and I let it sit for a few weeks and went to start it up and it won't start. The start is engaged but theengine won't Spin over I pulled the spark plugs and still won't spin. There was nothing wrong before I put it away it ran great and had no problems so any help is great thanks

being that you have the 951 motor, its a must that your battery is fully charged. A slight decrease in volts, will not turn her over.

I put a new battery in it and same thing I can't get the shaft yi spin by hand and I checked if anything was in the prop and it was all clear

pull the pump off, then try turning pto. Cant see how the piston rings are rusted to cylinder walls, after a few weeks. If you can not turn it over, and pump IS free turning, then pour a cup of tranning fluid or get a can of PB Blaster, and shoot down the plug holes, and let sit for day or two, then try turning again.

Pulled the prop and sprayed some wd40 down the plugs and no good won't turn over just wondering if the top end or the bottom end is the problem is this a commen thing with these motors

put some tranning fluid or pb blaster down the plug holes, and let it sit for a day or twi, then try to turn pto with pipe/chain wrench.
