2000 Sea Doo GTI Octane rating

Is there any advantages to running say 93 octane fuel over 87 octane?? Never really heard anyone talk about it and just thought I would ask.

It's been discussed on the forum many times....your seadoo is rated for 87 octane, so anything over that will just be wasting you money and in reality will make your seadoo run a bit less quicker due to too much octane. It only needs so much unless it is pinging from hight compression or advanced timing issues, and it requires more octane.
