Im having same issue with my 2002 RXDI.. sometimes.. give it full throttle and it sputters and dies.. Then if I replug the lanyard , which pumps more fuel, It works fine again for 10-15 mins.. then sputters again.. , Shop said could be bad fuel from previous owner ( as this is the first time Ive had it out since I bought it at xmas... ).. so hopefully me running it hard will push that fuel through and clear it up. If it continues its probably the fuel pump module. We ruled out the volt regulator.. Thats working fine. Crossing my fingers !
