Last year i put in a new SBT engine in and rebuilt the carbs with genuine Mukini parts. Pop off set. It was broken in with extra oil in the gas. Seemed good and knew it was running rich during the break in.
low end runs great up to 4500 Rpm. Over 4500 rpm and above it will run for a few minutes and just cut out. It starts right up after it dies.

is this too rich or lean. Or something else?

thanks in advance

Fuel lines replaced? Fuel selector replaced? sounds like it's starving for fuel after reaching a point of higher flow. fuel filter clean? Good/new fuel?

Yes, replaced selector valve, fuel lines and checked the filter its clean.
does high end on the carbs start at about 4500RPM?

Definitely not rich.,,check grounds,,,check that it is charging, almost sounds like a "partial" seizure.,
