One other possibility to explore. Are all the o-rings in the pump ports? Maybe one slipped off center when the pump was reinstalled?

Ok I fixed the problem after I bought the ski from a dumb ass mechanic from argyle tx I never expected to have the pee hose crossed with the water regulator so yep I put em backwards and problem solved thanks ppl running cold and strong
