New here from Mississippi. Just bought a '94 XP off of CL for $600. Seems to run really well and I even took it out on the water to test ride it in the cold and rain.

Seat needs reupholstered so I will have that done locally for $80. Other than that it just needs some cleaning and TLC.

Welcome to the forum, another easy upgrade you can make is to the mats. Update that to some hydroturf and you wont regret it!

Sound advice there. I've been considering doing that because I think it's possible that it might be taking on water at one of the rivet points and it seems almost impossible to get underneath all of them to be certain. I ran it with a water line connected to it and nothing seems to be leaking inside but there is about 1" - 1.5" of water at the bottom towards that back and I'd like to know why.

I think I may try and recover the seat myself. I will do a little more research and just buy the stuff I need.

Yeah, I will definitely want to get rid of that mildew. I heard the magic erasers are good for that. My work sells some pretty bad ass orange degreaser that I am going to try and see if it's any count with this type of thing.

I'm on the fence about the seat covering. I probably need to wait until there are some warmer days before I tackle that if I decide to do it myself.

Got the trailer lights and wiring done yesterday. Cut my hand twice and don't understand why I have to cut myself whenever I pick a tool up. I must be a closet case emo kid.

Just got some sweet seat material at Hancock Fabrics, stainless staples on Ebay, and ordered one of Dr Honda's piss hole relocators. About to order some ODI grips and the purple Black Tip traction mats.

We in bidness!

EDIT: Just ordered some ODI Rogue Lock-On Grips and the purple wishbone Black Tip Traction Mats!

Forgot to mention the 30 all stainless hose clamps I got on Friday and the 20' of fuel line I'll be getting sometime this week.
