Haven’t been on in probably 10years, but I’ve still got my 1999 twin 787 Speedster. Everything seems to be running perfect EXCEPT it is taking in water from somehwhere. I’ve replaced the exhaust gaskets, so it’s not that. I’ve switched from carbon seals on the shafts to the old style bearings and those are water tight too. When I stop somewhere I can open the engine compartment and see oily water in the engine bay and the ski locker, and can hear what sounds like streaming water coming from the passenger side engine or exhaust. The pics are out of the water, but this is where the water streaming sound is coming from. I get no leaks on a water hose flush either. I’ll get some pics of the water leaks next week, but can someone give me some ideas of what to check ? I’m going to check and make sure none of the casting plugs have maybe corroded or split.
