My Sea-Doo all of a sudden has a few problems. I found the 20 volt fuse blown and replaced it when I kept getting 12 volt low and had to keep recharging the battery. I also replaced the voltage rectifier. I was also having trouble starting this Sea-Doo this year and the problems were intermittent. Now it won't start at all it just clicks. I'm thinking the starter solenoid needs replacement? Also every time I pressed the start button the clock would reset but the jet ski would start. This was prior to replacing the fuse and the rectifier. I was reading that you could install a four-tec rectifier in this model to get more charge to the battery?

I also put in a brand new battery.

i would start by load testing the battery,,,then i would jump the selenoid terminals and see how the starter responds

Thanks for responding! This is a brand new battery I had them test it before leaving Napa! To be honest I'm a little bit afraid to jump the solenoid terminals so I bought an oem solenoid and am going to swap it out and give it a try. I can return it if that's not the problem.

Also since I can't get this started I'm having trouble trying to test the different components. Is there a way to test them without starting the jet ski? (Stater, starter and voltage rectifier in particular)
