I have a 99 SeaDoo GTX Limited, last summer it ran great and this summer I put it in for the first time and it ran great for an hour or so and I stopped riding for a few hours. When I got back on to ride it was ideling a little rough. I didnt think anything of it since it had been sitting all winter. It started fine and got up to 4500 to 5000 rpm and would cut out. I couldnt reach 7000 rpm like normal. It was like when I had the throttle wide open it would cut out or not reach top speed. I changed the plugs but still not change. I tried to switch between reserve fuel and main tank and it would sometimes hit max speed but then cut out. Any idea whats the problem? I have read several other problems and it sounds like fuel lines or shift valve or fuel injectors???? someone help!!

Sounds like you answered your own question. Fuel valve, fuel lines, filter, filters in the carbs (if your machine is carbed), Don't forget to check the filter O ring.

I noticed the other day I had some milky looking oil in the bottom of my bilge. I was like a water and oil mixed. I did over fill my oil tank, could it have ran out an over flow valve or do I have another problem?

You might have a small leak, or just as you mentioned some spillage either way just keep an eye on it and ride...winter is coming.
