1999 seadoo gs 720 help!

Had the ski at the lake after replacing the brass rotary valve gear and a carb rebuild started fine at it running on the water for about 10min turned it off and it wouldnt start again removed airbox and filter and it started once I put the filter and airbox back on it would not start again any ideas

Will it run if you take the airbox back off? There's a chance the screen is full of crud

Yea the metal mash filter I sprayed it with carb cleaner b4 I took i took the ski out with carb cleaner as i sprayed it with the cleaner I held it up rite and it dripped black looked really dirty best way I can expit lol thanx for.the help

I hate to say it but you may want to check your rotary again.. when my rotary went out the first time it shifted the center gear on the crank. It would still engage but just barely.

Had the ski started again and connect to the hose there was was flyin outa the bass gasket would this give it problems starting wen in the water ordered a top gasket kit for it

Well it sounds like you def need to pull the jugs off and replace the base gasket. Are you sure it was the base gasket and not the cylinder cracked?

Yea I have the jugs off now the gasket would this have caused the problems with starting in the water cheers for help
