runs and idles fine as soon I try an go for a ride it bogs out,I lifted it on to dock and start it and open throttle wide open and no bog????? any answers would be greatly appreciated.

you got a fuel restriction problem, probably in the carbs. If anything, pull the fuel line, from the inline filter to carb, and install it onto the fitting on the tank, thats labeled "res". You'll need to remove that line, thats there now, and leave it hanging around. Also, you need to leave the selector switch to off.
