Not only is your RAVE valve hose broken but you are missing a head bolt.

Also what oil are you running? I see a white bottle in your storage tray that looks like mineral XPS not full synthetic XPS?

The RAVE hose was new and that was the first run after install. Didn't last from the heat (without the buzzer)

The bolt went missing and I'm assuming from the heat? It popped off from the temprarure? which explains the hole in the darn tray.

There are two kinds of XPS oils?

I have a feeling you'll tell me it's not the correct one for my xpl? I didn't get it by choice, it was per recommendation from the seadoo dealership when I picked up my parts and oil. I asked for parts and oil. It said two stroke and seadoo. I thought I was good?

I took off the pump today to check the water hoses trying to figure out the source of the temperature which caused the bolt going MIA and the RAVE hoes breaking.

I do premix and I just went through the tank with 50 to 1

In your ski you want the yellow bottle. And I wouldn't premix at anything less than 40:1 on a 951. Most run at 32:1.

The overheating did not cause you to loose the bolt.

My gas tank was bone empty dry and i filled it up with one quarts of oil when I toped it off.

If the bolt was not from overheating then it is possible I don't have heating issues? The buzzer didn't go off and the engine was making a buzzing sound which prompted me to take a look under the hood.

The RAVE hoes broke which usually means over heating. No heating beeps but the low fuel intermittent neeps was going off so I know the beeper is functional.

The pisser doesn't give full stream so I'll be inspecting that tomorrow.

Any other ideas?

I can't say what caused the bolt to come out but your head gasket is probably compromised now.
The beeper does not sound for low fuel. It only signals lanyard recognition and overheating.
Also dumping a quart of oil into a tank of fuel is not very accurate. You are better off using a ratio rite or other measuring device.
Your tank is 14 gallons and one quart of oil does 12 gallons at 50:1 so you are even leaner than that.

Makes sense that it isn't the head that caused the bolt to come off.

Replaced it and fixed the RAVE hose.

Took the pump up and tested the water circulation with water and all seems fine. Water was coming put of the pisser cold/hot according to the location of the water entry. Water was Spreyton from the u joint top of the exhaust.
Couldn't figure out the issue but I'll be taking it out on the water today and see what I can find out.

I actually found a little play impeller so I had to open it up and check why there was play.

I believe there is a piece inside the cone that is missing.

Looking at diagrams but can't find what I'm looking for

To be continued
