1998 seadoo gtx ltd

IN NEED OF HELP.I have a 98 gtx ltd with some crazy problems.First what its doing is at around 3500 4000 rpm starts missing.Looks like engine is tring to jumping out of ski.Then you pin the throttle it will run wot and die.Start ski back up no problem idle no problem then it will give a 2 to 3 sec beep with no message on gauge.This is what ive done.Checked woodruff key good.Replaced trigger coil.Replaced all fuel lines and filters in carbs.Im worried its the mpem but none of the dealers in cincinnati have one that i can tri to be sure thats the problem.IF ANY ONE has any ideas in what to do next PLEASE let me know Thanks

have you checked your reeds? a broken or cracked reed will run well at low rpm but will miss and do weird things at higher rpms.

have you cleaned your rave valves and checked their function? what's your compression?

It doesn't sound like MPEM to me. Is it in the water when you are testing? or trailer?

the 3 sec. beep sounds like low fuel or oil.

Checked comp 145 in both cylinders.Reeds looked good.Cleaned rave valves.Im tring to find someone in cincy to rent an MPEM just to check it.Thanks for your help but im leaning towards MPEM.I forgot to mention it back fired an blew the water box off the stinger pipe before i replaced the tigger coil.Hope you guys got some more ideas because im out of them.
