1998 Sea doo jet boat engine stopped

I could really use some help. We bought a 1998 Sea doo challenger 1800 five days ago. Had it out today in the bay and the starboard engine cut out. We trailered it home. The engine clicks when we try to start it but the fly wheel will not turn. The other engine runs fine. Any ideas would help. I tried to download the owners manual but it says it is PDF password protected whatever that means. Thanks Kim

Take the plugs out and see if you can turn it over by hand, if not search on here how to remove the pump, and or the starter. If you remove both the pump and the starter, and still can't turn the engine over by hand then remove the head and look for damage...

You may get lucky, something may be stuck in the pump or the starter is stuck engaged, or the motor has locked/seized up..
