1998 gtx rfi

I recently picked up a 98 gtx rfi not running. It has a brand new 325cca battery. It turns over. It has spark. It has fuel getting to the injectors. It will crank on starting fluid. I don't believe the injectors are firing. What can cause this? I'm new to the whole injected ski. Any help would be appreciated.

Take the injectors off, turn it over and confirm they are not firing.

ONE was firing. I took them off and cleaned them. It now runs!! Looks like it will have intermittent problems with the safety switch/lanyard but IT RUNS!! YAY!!!
