1998 gts cdi wiring box help

Hello I have a 1998 gts I bought and trying to get running. I know nothing about these. Anyways. I put a new starter solenoid on it and I have 1 wire that's been cut. "Red/blue or red/purple wire coming from the fuse area. I need to know what to connect it to. Can anyone help me please?? The wire in question is hanging out on the right side.

It hasn't been cut. It has a factory plug in it to prevent it from shorting out.

Do you know what that wire does? Is it supposed to just be left like that or?

Not sure but the GTS is pretty stripped down so probably an option you don't have.

Do you have spark?
Fuel?
Compression?

I bought it as a project. Guy said it needed crab rebuild and starter solenoid. I put the solenoid in today and noticed this extra wire. Starting carb rebuild tomorrow and going from there. If anything I'll put power to it and see what happens. I'm pretty decent at vehicles so figure I would give a sea doo a go!

Do NOT put power to it as you will probably fry the computer. Just leave it alone
