1997 xp fuel injected turning over but not firing up

So I bought the ski and it looks to be in great condition.... sounded like the battery was just dead. I take it home and charge it and it doesn't wanna start up. I get the two beeps, it turns over and I see the engine starting to crank but it doesn't do anything past that . I'll attach a video I took of trying to start it. Any help is appreciated!!

Check for spark using a spark tester. If you have spark, pull a spark plug and put a table spoon of fuel into the cylinder. Reinstall the plug and then try to start it. If it barks, you know you have a fuel issue.

Hold on. Is it actually a 97' XP? There were no factory fuel injected XP's until 2003.

A 97 XP is not fuel injected. How many volts are there at the battery while cranking? If the voltage falls below 10.3 volts while cranking, the spark plugs will not fire. Was it running when you bought it?
