those measurements are for a overbore.... You can just buy the OEM sized pistons but odds are the cylinders are scored up. Stock bore is 82mm then to fix your cylinders you would need to machine them out (bore them out) then get matching pistons, this would be the 82.25 - then the 82.55 gives you another chance to bore out the cylinder.
If you are going to still do it there are places, even on ebay, that you ship them your cylinders and they machine them and send you back the whole top end kit ready to install, but its quite a job and you still may have other issues (carbon rings, wear rings)
I have the same compression and they run fine, I would test it out on water before you do all that, or maybe find spare cylinders and send them off to machined to be ready if yours really goes south, OR you can take the head covers off and check them out - there is only rubber o-rings sealing the cylinders up and in my case I had a cracked o-ring.
