1997 Seadoo GSX not reaching top speed

I have a 1997 seadoo GSX with the 787 I am not reaching top speed but am still getting high RPM of 6980-7020 when full throttle, Ive replaced the spark plugs and RAVE valves and now am thinking of replacing the wear ring. Anyone know anything else that could be wrong ?

I would check your impeller for damage, it is critical for your top end speed

Same thing but it stuck at 6850 rpm full throttle gonna check my rave valve tommorow morning and maybe fuel filter
