This 1800 seadoo challenger has leaking some purple stuff out of the back of this boat.Last time i took this boat out it would not do over 20 .One engines is rebuilt the other is original and just trying to sell it got some bills to pay and i don t have time to go play. I can fix it and sell it for more are just take it as is i would like 6500 with trailer the seats are a little bad but cosmetics .good title i am the second owner. all offers are welcome I will send pics also comes with seadoo cover and canopy.

$6500. seems a bit high...do a search on book value at NADA.com in the boat section for a general idea of book price. Of coarse location will change the retail selling price as well.

its outrageous. Even in PRESTINE condition, you are not going to get that, 6k if yuor lucky.

yikes!

i paid 5700 for mine last year in may when demand was high... and mine had brand new interior, hydroturf, bimini, low hours etc.

and that one doesnt go over 20? the purple stuff leaking out the back could be oil

ok ok

sorrrrrry I just know my boss had the little seadoo and he sold his for 8000 and it was only 2 years ago so i just thought maybe i could get 6500 someone put about 500 or 1000 into it and they have their selfs a nice boat so how much should i be asking for it and if its only going 20 and it is leaking oil want could be the problem

If it is just one messed up engine, I would say in the $3,500 range. That is if the rest of the boat is in good shape.

selling

Ok i looked at the nada and I see the value i guess maybe 5000 becuas eit siad in prestine condition 6300 i am going to fix the baot and then if some where to put about 500 into it they would have a very nice boat and this boat doesnt have that many hours on it in the last two years a went out in it maybe 3 times befor that maybe 3 to 4 times i have own it since 2000 and i don t go on the water alot because i had younger kids and they didnt like it so didnt have much time to go out on the water and know i am to busy so i will leave it up to anyone who wants to give me an offer thanks for looking sorry if i I offended any one

I don't think you offended anyone, although I am just speaking for myself, I think folks were just being honest with you to help you try to sell you boat. Good luck with your decision.

One other note, NADA is a great tool in which to base an asking price but in no way is it the end all be all. I'd look around at your local ads to see what your boat is actually going for. That is a much better yard stick to measure by.
