1997 seadoo challenger 1800 won't stay running

port side engine starts, but wont stay running. It cuts out and i lose power all together. Just had carbs rebuilt, new key, new dess post. Starboard side starts and runs like a champ until the port side cuts out and I lose power. Remove key and reset and it starts agian. I'm at a total loss.
