Hello all, I have a quick question that I need help with. I bought a 1997 xp in pretty good condition. I went out the other day and noticed the top end speed was just a little lower than normal. Yesterday I changed the plugs and ran a bit of sea foam through the carbs. I also put a bit in the fuel cell. I then took it out on the water and after about 5 minutes I noticed from half throttle and up that the rpm were going up & down consitantly. (up-down-up-down-up-down). I'm leaning to believe that the sea foam had loosened some junk up and got to the high needle. Am I thinking about this right? Does anyone have any ideas?
