i got a west coast water box on ebay the guy said it would work, i think its for an older seadoo but im puttting it in my 1997 gsx 787 eng, but it has no port on the top of it for the exhaust valve
what are my options? i was going to get a hole taped in for it but if i didn't have to that would be great
thanks

If your ski has a regulator... you should install it.

Since it's a west coast box... I'mm assuming it's aluminum. You will need to weld on a boss, and drill/tap that. If you drill/tap the body of the water box directly... it's going to crack.

A water box, by it self, will do very little for performance... and it if wasn't meant for your 800 engine... it could hurt performance. (it's probably a box for a 720 engine)
