I have an opportunity to purchase a 1997 seadoo challenger 1800 on a galvanized trailer for 5,000.00 it has only been on the water ten times and in storage the rest of the time. it honestly is owned by a guy that has to much money and not enough time. Should I buy it?

It is a great boat and thats a good price if everything checks out good on it. Just make sure to test everything and do a compression test and water test. Do your homework here and read up.

I'm messaging via laptop. Told you i'm get'n it...:reddevil: 6hrs left...:driving:

Good thinking on that compression test, I've got all the gauges for that but does anyone now what the compression psi needs to be?

perfect, is 160psi. high 120's is acceptable. You dont want, however, 10% difference in psi, for each motor..exp 150/120..not good. I'll let you know, what the psi's are...:D
