I have a 1997 Challenger 1800 with twin engine, The oil pump was by passed so I am putting the oil in with gas, what is the proper oil ratio considering I am mixing for 2 engines? Thanks

40:1 if you are going to do pre-mix.

just an FYI... you still need to keep oil in the tank to keep your rotary valve gears lubed.

What oil do you recon, I been pre-mixing BRP synthetic, and again even though the oil tank had been by passed I still need to keep oil in it?

Yes, you still need to keep oil in the tank for the lower half of the engine lubrication. If you don't, you're engine will quickly be toast.
As for what oil, there are many debates on that subject and many people will have their views. But I don't think you can go wrong with the BRP synthetic - just cost you more

Enjoy

your engine wont be toast, but you will toast the brass gear on the rv assy...the crank/cylinders/bearings will get its lube from the premix

Gas

I havent ran my boat since last Septmeber 09, And I had it winterized in the winter. Is it ok to run it with the gas that been in the tank since last September although I am sure they put fuel stabilizer in when winterized?

If there is stabilizer in it... yes... you will be fine.
