RESTO 1996 SP how to measure crank case pressure

Hello all.
About to call time of death on this machine.
Has compression
Has spark
Has fuel
Timing spot on
Will not start and back fires during cranking
Is there a way to determine if there is crankcase pressure?

Did you check your rotary valve timing?

Yes seems to be operating normally.

Did you check it with a degree wheel?

Yes it was checked with a wheel

Do you know of a way to check for crankcase pressure?

Remove the carbs and the exhaust pipe. Block off the intake manifold and exhaust manifold holes. Pressure up the engine through the pulse fitting up to 10 psi. It should hold for 10 minutes.
