1996 seadoo xp won't start

It also keeps blowing the 5amp fuse.. what could it be?
A bad VTS module blows both 5amp mpem & 7.5 vts module fuses. disconnect that to take it out of the equasion.

Check the white wire in rear box at coil for pulse
with a light tester. My guess is Stator bracket is broken
