1996 seadoo spx adding mods

One black is ground. The other plugs into the wire that gives the coil it's signal, that's how it counts revs. The purple goes inline anywhere on the purple wires, that's power when ignition is on.

Got it all hooked up last night. hope to get the pipe painted tonight so i can install friday
 
well got the pipe all in last night and wow that thing is tight! I just have to hook the hoses up and then make the bracket and i should be good to go. I cant wait to see this ski in the water!
 
well i got the ski up and running and this thing kicks a**. next question is what kinda rpms should i be getting on this set up?

I would shoot for 7200ish. If your at 7300 or over I'd open the hs needles(the rear a little more then the front) and the water adjustment valve a little.
