1996 Seadoo GTX good spark, clean carbs, not firing

I have a 96 GTX 787 i recently got for 500$. Looks to have low hours. Compression reads 125 in both cylinders and the carbs look to be clean. When I removed both carbs, I noticed the MAG side had fuel in it but the PTO carb did not. The ski has a new battery in it and will only fire on premix down the throat of the carb.

Any ideas where to start?

First off your compression is low. Perfect is 150 and rebuild is at 120.

Your not getting fuel. Did you change the fuel strainer, ON/OFF valve check for air leaks and rebuild the carbs with Genuine Mikuni Kits and needle and seats?
