1996 GTX and 1997 SPX - RAVE torque specs

Hello Everyone,

Just finished rebuilding carbs and changing all new lines and filters and such, looking at the manual I could not find
torque specs on the RAVE bolts. I have always been a person to make sure everything is tighten to torque specs this way
I can have a piece of mind that it's set correctly

I don't think it's in the manual, so drop of blue loctite on the threads, snug them with a 1/4" ratchet, two fingers. Don't overdo it. I go by feel using a little 1/4" ratchet when it comes to very low torque stuff, like anything below 9 ft lbs. Which I'm guessing that's about the max those need to be at.
